Each session is developed to help you reach your personal goals whether you are looking for flexibility, balance, strength, inner peace or just to have some fun!

Whether you want to practice as a family or with a group of friends or colleagues, group sessions are perfect for 2 or more individuals.

1-2 PEOPLE

Private Sessions

Private Sessions are wonderful ways to be introduced to Yoga and get a personal class designed just for you and your needs. Sessions typically last an hour with a few minutes to meet before and after class.   Each session is developed to help you reach your personal goals whether you are looking for flexibility, balance, strength, inner peace or all of those mentioned. If you are new to Yoga and want to meet one on one, Private Sessions are a great way to get started.

In-class semi-private sessions are also available upon request. You can book in your favorite class and with your favorite additional teacher.

2-6 PEOPLE

Group Sessions

Group Sessions are for those who want to practice with a few people in the comfort of a home or at our studio space. The sessions can be customized by themes to meet the needs of the group and build a deeper connection. Whether you want to practice as a family or with a group of friends or colleagues, group sessions are perfect for 2 or more individuals.

Discount rates apply for those booking more than five or more sessions.
